Only when a person will not do some things are they capable of doing great things.
Every time I have failed to live up to this simple rule, in a myopic effort to gain something of desire, I have paid the price and lived to regret it. I was once pressured by someone I had very little respect for to take a position based purely on the monetary reward he dangled in front of me. I still have dreams about that meeting; I am stuck in a loop, unable to tell him what he could do with his offer. Let your character be your guide and you will never be haunted by past decisions.
